TIL "window licker" is an insult. When I first saw the phrase in the title I thought of this and would have been amused if I hadn't been confused.
Though the full phrase of "back-of-the-bus window-licker" was probably a bit too far. Silly large tongue I can see as an appropriate title of "window-licker," but the "back-of-the-bus" part was just unnecessary.

I never knew either! Never heard that phrase before. Even the character's name is ill conceived.
