You've mentioned being plagued by ads and such before. I don't know if it's come up, but what are you using for ad blocking? Personally, I'm a fan of uBlock Origin, not to be confused with vanilla uBlock. As it'll tell you, it's more general than a simple ad blocker, but it does that very well. Fast, low overhead, super-effective. There're any number of weirdnesses at sundry and various sites I'm never seeing thanks to it. Favorite browser?
