All I can think of about this is how Dvorak is supposedly better on your hands, wrists and how it's easier to learn. Yet, the cost of replacing Qwerty and retraining millions is too high to make it worthwhile. Not to mention because it's an obscure keyboard layout the cost of keyboards is sky high.
