So sad tragedy struck them (twice) early on...an amazing southern rock band! One of their many classic tunes with plenty of great guitar riffs.

Wow, really? I live 30 miles from where Dickey, Gregg, and Duane are all buried. Sorry for commenting on one of your posts...it won't happen again.

Hey, if it hadn't been for that comment, I still wouldn't know you were even here. So, welcome to Snapzu.

The site software doesn't introduce everyone, all the time. Usually it's when there's overlap in interests. Or you come across new users on the front pages, in your tribes, or at posts you're into. One way or another, I hadn't come across your "Mortgage Tips for Self-employed Buyers" or "Ten Things to Consider about a Neighborhood When Buying a Home" or however-many sales materials you've posted here in the last month. Nor had I noticed your comments yet.

Forgive us old timers here. We've gotten very comfortable with an un-ending stream of spammers. Need a place to buy steel-encased rolling shopfront doors in Adelaide? Look no further, Snapzu's got spammers making sure to keep you up on all the latest need-to-know. Looking to sell a kidney to get into an architecture internship in Lahore? Snapzu's the place to get you financed and back on your feet, today! Maybe you could understand that I actually checked more than a few of your comments to see if they were automagically plagiarized, as are many of the comments used to astroturf spam accounts at Snapzu. Now, having read those comments, and having gotten a sense of the Georgia Red beneath your feet, I'm sorry.

The fella you're replying to here is one of the best people you'll never meet. The introduction's just gone sideways. The last time there was a faux pas like this, it was me making the assumption that just because an account was spamflooding the activity queue, that there wasn't a person on the other side of the keyboard. As it happened, there was. I hadn't realized there were so many realtors treating Snapzu like LinkedIn. Goes hand-in-hand with the mortgage lenders and the personal finance gurus also commercial-blogging Snapzu as well? Guess the place is growing up.

Anyhow, hope you're not mad. I'd say it was nothing personal, but I suppose this part is. Nice to almost, kinda meet you. Whaddya think o' the place?

No harm, no foul. The comment just caught me a bit off-guard. The last thing I want to do is spam anyone. In the short time I have been here I have grown to LOVE this platform and am enjoying my time here.

I try to comment when it is something I can relate to, am interested in, or find otherwise appealing. It has been the same with posting. I do share real estate information (not trying to sell anything, just educate) but I also have interest in tech and how-to "stuff" and have shared several things that I hope are a help or enlighten in those spheres.

There seems to be a decent amount of real estate professionals here and I have made sure to only post RE stuff to RE tribes so everyone does not have to endure the information (not everyone wants to know about she sheds or how to qualify for a mortgage). ;-)

They buried Betts a bit prematurely.
