I've never had problems with keeping secrets, of course it helps tremendously if you just don't give a shit.
Not giving a shit is a fantastic solution to many problems.
The hardest secrets to keep are our own, I can easily keep a secret someone tells me, but If I have a secret of my own, it is very hard for me not to tell it to someone, even if it is anonymously on the internet or something like that.
Really? Its the opposite for me. The moment I know someones secret, I'm terrified of letting it out and being a shitty person...
You get used to keeping secrets when it is part of your job. Also, when you're gay in the South within a very religious community you learn to keep secrets too.
You wouldn't believe the secrets I know.... Just ask me about them! haha
