The ice skaters swarming Central Park’s Wollman Rink look like old-television static, and the Fifth Avenue holiday shoppers could be mites in a gutter.

And again, Sanders wasn’t even nominated.
Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, Yuri Andropov, Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin — twice,some of the people who have been Time person of the year. Obama too.
One of these things is not like the others. Andropov’s kidneys were failing when he became general secretary of the USSR. He was in office for, like, four months before his kidneys failed entirely. Six months later he went to the hospital and never came out. Six months after that, he was dead. What was the story behind his Man of the Year? [Looks] Oh, it was him and Saint Ronnie the patron saint of senescence.
Hillary came in second. Again.
Rightfully there, it is what Time has always tried to do.
