Het Arresthuis in the Netherland is a newly opened luxury hotel, that served as a jail between 1863 to 2007. I cant see my self staying in it....with all the violence that happen before it became this luxurious hotel
It's in Europe so it probably wasn't as bad as in places such as Mexico, China, or even the good ol' USA.
still this is not my kind of place to sleep peacefully :)
