Sitting for too long can kill you, even if you exercise
Sitting on one's butt for a major part of the day may be deadly in the long run — even with a regimen of daily exercise, researchers say. I'm so dead.
I wonder if standing at the desk is killing us too. My back certainly hurts when I stand too long. So, maybe the problem is the desk ?)

I don't know what it is about standing desks, but he just looks silly.
They are far more comfortable than sitting desks, I find myself being more productive and feeling better in general.
Gravity is a bitch!
