I don't really know what creme brulee is but this looks kinda tasty... :D
A regular crème brûlée is a vanilla custard with a crunchy caramelized layer of sugar on the top, they're one of my favorite desserts! This donut is filled with a vanilla custard and has a crunchy caramelized sugar coating, so it's a fun twist on the traditional version.
The dram is kind of ruining this pic for me. It looks so... medical? Like something that should be in a laboratory. Otherwise, it sounds fantastic! I love crème brûlée! I bet it was yummy. :)
