      Bad, but not surprising.

It's not a "holy shit" kind of thing, she was standing in just until President Trump's nominee Sessions is confirmed, hopefully a matter of days. President Trump could have released her on inauguration day.

Now tell us why he did not release her and what she signs daily.

The oath taken by the Attorney General:

"I, _____, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely without any with any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office of which I am about to enter, so help me God."

She was doing her damn job. I'm officially scared.

" ............ have no legal right to intrude on the prerogatives of the executive branch, which Congress has vested with near-unfettered discretion to administer immigration laws and policy."
