Not really AirBNB's fault but sucks nonetheless.
And he shouldn't have used AirBNB on property he didn't own.

Then again, if it was true, he is lucky he's just getting evicted. Imagine being underwater and having a mortgage on a place in the same situation.
Right. If it's true, I'd say it's Ari's fault for not considering the risks or apartment lease. I don't see anything wrong on AirBNB's part. It's unfortunate, but Ari seems to have lacked common sense here.
I'm doubting this is real.
We will see soon enough. I'm sure AirBNB will ahve to answer to this accusation.
