This is how every vegan/vegetarian I ever met thought, and I've been to "mixed diners" regularly and nobody started chanting about meat..it's not food it's violence. You have whacko extremists of course, but that is very rare and sensationalized.
I've got lectures from them on more than one occasion,sometimes from the same two people for years. I get sick of it quite frankly. This is how things should be. Don't force your eating desires on others,especially children.
Fortunately I haven't had any bad encounters....having said that, I just came across this: https://www.yahoo.com/news/lives-steak-french-butchers-warn-vegan-violence-000202322.html ....and this would royally piss me off.
We need a veganator, to terminate these miscreants.
