If I lived in Russia, I would just keep buying HD Cameras and then installing them in all of the busiest places to catch all the crazy shit that goes on there. I would then make a website, and charge 2 bucks a month for people to watch the hundreds of fucked up clips I would capture per day. I would use that money to keep buying cameras until I have built an empire off of Russia's stupidity and lack of safety rules.
