Word of advice
As of today, I have been a non smoker for 18 days.
Whether you have have not stopped yet, or just thinking of stopping, I just want to let you know..
YOU CAN DO IT!
The first day is not fun. Keep yourself distracted, like doing exercise, walking around outside, meet friends or play games.
But the self satisfaction you get is incredible. I am so proud of myself that I have lasted this long.
Believe in yourself. Think of all the good things that will come from not smoking.
