Hands down the tragus hurt the worst! It's not that the sternum didn't hurt but it was different and definitely less than the tragus. I had no problems with the industrial.
Oh my gosh, yes, I did get the crunching! The tragus was also the worst for pain afterwards because I had a job that entailed a lot of phone answering. I kept forgetting about the piercing and would end up hitting it with the handset.
