well, success is subjective in this case. I personally feel that returning an active moderating team alone to some of the more spammed tribes with inactive chiefs is some measure of success, and growth will take time, especially in a fairly small community like snapzu.
I've reclaimed 2 tribes so far, it seems to be working for me.
How long did it take you? Have you had much success with getting them active again. Do you,think it's worth it?
