Are tribes coming back from the dead? Is reclaiming working?
Wondering if anyone is having success reclaiming a tribe and getting it active? How do you get a tribe back from the dead? It seems a shame that there are people keen to care for a tribe whilst some tribes are neglected.

You can reclaim them in /t/reclaimtribe . Usually the admins remove old, inactive chief once a day.
I've reclaimed 2 tribes so far, it seems to be working for me.
How long did it take you? Have you had much success with getting them active again. Do you,think it's worth it?
well, success is subjective in this case. I personally feel that returning an active moderating team alone to some of the more spammed tribes with inactive chiefs is some measure of success, and growth will take time, especially in a fairly small community like snapzu.
I posted a request a couple of days ago and am still waiting to hear back. I remember seeing a post that they were working on it, so I'm just waiting it out until they get to it. But I agree it's a shame. It looks like the influx of redditors flooded in and snatched up tribes for the sake of snatching them up and then many haven't done anything with them
I think the influx has also resulted in discovering neglected tribes. If they want to get them active again then they should be able to easily.
