For me that link shows all the users I follow. I wonder if that filter number somehow includes some user ident info. That the "me" button acts differently depending on who uses the URL?
I was trying for just comments but I have to wait after clicking checkboxes for the URL to update.
I wonder how that filter number works? Seems to have a lot more information space than 3 tabs and 6 checkboxes.

There's extra check boxes under the dates so you can choose to see comment, text posts, etc!
