To get to your own stuff (comments, achievements, etc), look at the sidebar on the right. Under following feeds, tribes feeds, pinned feeds, click Show Filters. It'll have a list of dates you were active (mine has 7, I don't know if it's because that's the limit or because that's how many days I've been active.
Anyway, below those, it says All, Me, Everyone else
And now look at the URL in the navigation bar. It will show you something like above. Sometimes the right sidebar doesn't appear, for instance on mobiles, but that url will work.
For me that link shows all the users I follow. I wonder if that filter number somehow includes some user ident info. That the "me" button acts differently depending on who uses the URL?
I was trying for just comments but I have to wait after clicking checkboxes for the URL to update.

I wonder how that filter number works? Seems to have a lot more information space than 3 tabs and 6 checkboxes.

There's extra check boxes under the dates so you can choose to see comment, text posts, etc!
