I wish healthcare would be free and universal everywhere in the world. That it would not be seen as a mean to make money, but to pool resources together and heal as many people as possible. There would be no pharmaceutical lobbies, and governments would actually fund healthcare properly, instead of always trying to find ways to cut corners.
Additionally I would like to see a magic cure for depression created.
I agree with the healthcare. Don't make it out as a luxury, but more of a necessity. Have the governments have a standard to what it allows and will cover.
