There are a couple of prerequisites that a tribe needs to reach:
1. It needs to have a minimum of 20 posts (snaps / text posts) as well as other minor visual details in order to be applicable for the referral program.
2. Once it has been validated for the referral program it must compete vs other tribes within the same topic category to make the list. Tribes are listed by a combination of content and member count.
