I am no expert but I will add links also. It is a charity event which runs from July 30th to Aug 6th. During this time you will have a set of tasks to accomplish in order to get points. You can film the task as you are doing it and then upload your work to the site. The judges will award points on each task completed and also the artistic, funny or kindness level points will also be given. Now I watched a few videos and I think I am in way over my head. I can handle a lot of the embarrassing stuff obviously, and even some signing and acting, but the artistic (create a picture of "Actors Name" out of salt and pepper) tasks may be our downfall. There will be 15 people per team and if a team has less than that people will be randomly assigned. There is also some type of Shatner clause because celebrities join in the fun but doesn't hamper a team of regular people from winning. There is also something about not mentioning Kale. One of the TIPS they give you is "HI Mom" and I am not even sure what they mean by that. The team with the most points gets to go to Iceland for a dog sledding trip (Like I need more dog sledding in my life) .
So hopefully we get in with a wide variety of people who can fill in the gaps. Now I am going to add links but please understand that I am not SHILLING for this. I was just wondering if anyone in the community has ever tried something like this. I have been on scavenger hunts before but this seems over the top. I will however share the experience with Snapzu during and after the contest if we do anything particularly embarrassing.
