Checked my spam, but didn't see anything from Snapzu. I hopefully will see something soon. I really like this site, and honestly wish I would have found it before this reddit tanking extravaganza. Hopefully this will be a positive for both this site, and the users who have been here previously.
I'm doing my best to get a verification email, but I've yet to see one in either inbox or spambox. I'll keep looking though - I didn't even know that I'd receive one prior to seeing your post.
It looks like its due to high demand, if thousands of users joined today just through the invite system it would surely put a lot of stress on the site and the mailer app / service.
I think when the invites are verified,which may be a while cause of the influx. Also All active members receive complimentary invite codes which accumulate when reaching higher experience levels.
Wouldn't it be a good idea to put "please verify your email" in the email subject rather than just "Welcome to Snapzu!"?
I didn't even read that one until I saw this snap. It should also probably say somewhere in the registering process that you need to verify your email.

Also haven't received a verification email. So it's definitely plausible that the delay is due to huge influx of users. I tried changing emails just to make sure, but still a no go for my gmail.
I didn't receive one automatically after signing up. I went to my profile details and requested one and it showed up almost immediately to my gmail account.

Yes I have not heard ,but it makes sense. I have heard some found it in their spam mail

I'm assuming the verification emails are delayed. I haven't seen mine yet and I've been in for a little over an hour.
Most likely due to the sudden extremely high demand of reddit defectors.

Do we get kicked off after a certain period of time if we don't verify? I haven't gotten an email.
