    I'm not even a country and I'm spying!!

    Seriously though, every country spies, not just first or second world ones. I wonder if anything positive would happen if a country didn't, and I don't mean "we pinky promise we're not!!" I'm all for not being spied on, but at the same time will never subscribe to the "if you have nothing to hide then why care?" line of thought.

    Yeah, months, if you get t back at all. I know somebody personally that's had their PayPal locked for months on end. I'd like to donate at some point later in the day (banks aren't opened at 3.45am for some reason!) and am fine with using PP for now but PLEASE look into alternatives.

    Yes please. I checked it anyways trying to figure out how to start a tribe, wondering if it had to do with verification. I did it now but still don't see the button to create one when I follow the faq :l
