A lot of fun and the site was sold and became Chime in (now gone too). Mixx had some great people on it and I still am friends with a few who were on there. There were a few on here but most that I knew have not stayed here.
I should also mention that /u/nickcobb :) is who invited me to snapzu . Being frustrated with social media at the time, what a breathe of fresh air when I joined here.
Same here. In it's heyday,it was enjoyable, but then a small group of super users basically controlled the front page. That’s when I left. Reddit has slowly been going downhill and I wonder how long it will be before it looses a critical mass of users as well.

A time traveler, how interesting. Welcome!
Welcome /u/balloonboy!
Welcome to snapzu. I remember when a lot of people left Digg and went to the old Mixx(now gone). I was one of those.
I don't remember Mixx. What was that place like?

2010 obviously.
Ah the year of the collapse.
I can't believe how big Digg used to be and what has come of it.

I haven't thought about digg in quite some time, but I still remember some power users. MrBabyMan comes immediately to mind.
Haha! I remember that name. Good times... Or rather, bad times?

He's the only one I remember cause his user name was so odd.
Digg. Haven't heard about that site in a while.
And I'm from livejournal (well, 5 years ago)! To be honest, I feel like snapzu is very similar to livejournal, I'm quite liking the similarities.
