I agree regarding barriers to entry. I'm brand new, but I like that there is some level of incentive, not just a barrier, for both contribution as well as active involvement, which is better then imaginary internet points.

I agree. I like it the leveling system. It reminds me of the stackoverflow sites.

I'll keep "working" towards getting things going here... I've also posted up over on our Community forums in hopes people will help me kick the tires.
