Ok. Heres the scoop. We all know about the "pain/tightness on chest and left arm = heart attack" that actually never happened for me. My first symptom was shortness in breath and coughing. Rather harmless. But the coughing got worse. Then I started to feel nausea, a fever, cold sweats, like I had the flu hit me. Which is what I thought was happening. So I started to throw up violently, every last bit came out and anything that went in after that session would immediately came out. By this time o am about 2 hours into the heart attack.

Now I threw up so hard that I actually hurt my back. Or that is what I thought. I already have a bad back so when my back felt like it went out I ignored it like the rest of the symptom. So I sat on th couch, took some advill and tried to relax. But my back, shoulders and both arms were in so much pain. Because pf this pain I never felt the pain in my chest and never thought I was having a heart attack. It wasn't until I woke my wife and had her take me to the ER that I figured it out. I was planning on just taking my pills and suffering until morning. But with100 percent closure by the time the doctor saw me I actually would have died.

So dont think it is all chest and left arm.
