Yeah I just read one of the /t/asksnapzu posts about why voat got the worst of the reddit exodus last year (ppl who were furious about the banning of fatpeoplehate... without getting into it too much, while I understand their 'on principle' departure , they're also probably not the kind of people I'd be keen to have a chat with if you see what I mean).
