Summertime Blues

So as you know I was busy with my old Madre through most of July. So now It is GISHWHES week which is keeping me busy! We are talking rapping about pirates, singing drunk songs, sewing monkey hats out of socks, drawing Picasso pictures of actors, re-purposing artichokes, and jogging in shoes made of pineapples. And also a visit to an old folks home to spread cheer as a pirate (if they let me in the door). The list is long and varied and the 15 of us will never be able to finish everything. I am up to my ears in mayhem. On top of that I am happy to say the First Tn Pirate Festival is about read to go (October 7,8,9 [crossing fingers]). So I am sorry I am still away but my plate is full of zany. I had hoped I could share some GISHWHES videos and pictures with you but GISHWHES management says that we can't share them with the public until the contest is over. But I will share as soon as I am able. Oh yeah, work sucks.
