My coworker has an english bulldog mix that does the same thing with ducks! I witnessed her almost drowning and my coworker having to swim out in the pond in his jeans. The next day, on the side of the road, I found a doggy safety vest that fit her perfectly, so I washed it off and gave it to her for the next trip to the pond!
