I don't think there's really any established biking tribes just yet: /t/biking, /t/bicycles, /t/bicycling have some potential - for tribes like these, you just really have to wait and see which one picks up. Of course, you can always post content to the one you like. It looks like /t/biking and /t/bicycles are available to claim as a chief if you wanted to help build the tribe yourself. Also, /t/asksnapzu is one of the most active tribes.
Since Snapzu is still budding, you will kind of have to do some digging around to find the tribes you like. But of course, we can only grow if more content is shared! So feel free to contribute in anyway you can.
