I'm already doing this with /t/elitedangerous, still, having a sidebar link or a sticky post with links could help a lot. Of course, linking to EVERY tribe out there could be a helluva task.
The best long term solution would be putting pressure on /u/teamsnapzu to include a wiki, this way /t/gaming would only need to keep a link to the wiki, links to individual tribes would then be added by the chiefs.
Because some stuff that gets posted to both might not get as much traction in the larger tribe, where it may reach the top of the other tribe. The up votes are tied specifically to the tribe it was voted up in. Plus with the help of larger tribes it will help smaller more fan driven tribes grow, which in turn produces content for both and encourages growth for both.
