The existing library is good, but don't buy a Vita in the hopes of future releases, what you see is what you get at this point. But you should be able to build a solid library of games for pretty cheap.
The PS4/Vita link is pretty cool. It does better with slower paced games than faster one but it's pretty impressive nonetheless. The lack of R2/L2 can be a pain, but it's workable.
