I really enjoy roll for the galaxy. It is simple enough that most people can learn to play within 30-45 mins, but still has the depth a game like Settlers of Catan has. Plus, there is like 50 (sorry, 111) dice that come with the game, and who doesn't like rolling a ton of dice?
