Make a shake! I usually drink my shake in the morning to go along with my breakfast, or I drink it as a post-workout meal.
1 cup oatmeal (300 cal)
2 cups of milk (320 cal, I drink lactaid)
1 banana (100 calories)
1 scoop of whey protein (120 calories)
1/4ish (I don't measure this) cup of blueberries (20 calories)
2 raw eggs (140 calories)
It tastes really good, in my opinion, and it adds up to over roughly 1000 calories.
