Do you folks have any tricks to eating more?

I've been trying to gain for a while, and have only managed to pack on about ten pounds over the last year because of my skinny guy eating habits. Sometimes I get into a good period and eat three meals a day, but most of the time I have a hard time finishing two. How do you get yourself to eat enough and eat right?

      Well yeah, but more than a couple days in a row and I get all hazy and anxious. :P

    Make a shake! I usually drink my shake in the morning to go along with my breakfast, or I drink it as a post-workout meal.

    1 cup oatmeal (300 cal) 2 cups of milk (320 cal, I drink lactaid) 1 banana (100 calories) 1 scoop of whey protein (120 calories) 1/4ish (I don't measure this) cup of blueberries (20 calories) 2 raw eggs (140 calories)

    It tastes really good, in my opinion, and it adds up to over roughly 1000 calories.

    If all else fails, try to drink as many of your calories as possible and restructure your meals so you're eating 3 meals worth of food in 4 meals, it's worked well for me.

    4 apples and a cup (258g) of peanut butter is 2000 calories (and delicious). Or do shots of olive oil (2 fl. oz./57g gets you 500 calories).
