What do you always order in a coffee shop/cafe to drink?
I'm looking for suggestion for that perfect hot beverage. I'm usually a late or cappuccino drinker-occasionally with hazelnut syrup. Wondering what your go to hot beverage is? What would you recommend for someone looking for something new to try.

OK, here's one to try...ying yang. its a mixture of coffe tea and condensed milk. It is great either got or iced. Not common outside of Asia, especially Hong Kong. I never would have believed it was good till I had it!
I have never heard of this. I may have to do some searching to find it in a cafe-challenge accepted!

Caramel latte if it's a hot drink. Normally it's an iced coffee.
Sounds sweet. Iced coffee with or without ice cream?
It is ... I have somewhat of a sweet tooth :) The yin yong drink /u/Appaloosa recommended is also a favourite of mine (also very sweet), but isn't as widely available outside Hong Kong eateries. Another one I like, which also isn't easily available is Vietnamese coffee.

Americano is my drink of choice, but when I visit a new indie shop, I like to try out their different types of coffees.
im not a Starbucks fan. Each to their own.
Americano you can get almost anywhere.
