There is a playlist on spotify called Southern Gothic that I love to listen to. It's a americana/folksy list that just seems to always hit my relaxing mood. I had never really heard any of the genre until I stumbled upon it just pissing around one day. Fell in love with the style and sound of it all.

  The Handsome Family's Far From Any Road is one of my favorite southern gothic-esque songs. It's an awesome genre that's for sure.
