Any tips/recipes for amazing indoor bbq?

So I know to cook the ribs low and slow in the oven, but I want to make them fall off the bone tender. Also any bbq sauce recipes would not be snubbed at. I've tried one but it just tasted like dressed up ketchup...very disappointing. Thanks!

Its funny you should ask, the secret is to boil them beforehand with some vodka to get them super super soft and literally falling off the bone. Once you've boiled the ribs you can rub them with BBQ sauce or something else and stick them in the oven until they get nice and brown. Always works!

I usually get myself boiled before the ribs with the vodka!! Boil the ribs, then you can also tent them with aluminum foil, stick in oven, cook em, take em out sauce them stick back in un-tented, now I'm hungry! I do cabbage (If you like cabbage?) in the oven and it's amazing. Cut one in half, then quarter it like slices, oil up a baking sheet, olive oil, bacon grease and rub the "slices" also, salt, pepper season with whatever ya want, tent them babies, stick in the oven 450 F for 20 min, take out flip them over, un-tent and stick back in for another 20 min, you will die.............
