Joking aside... Like /u/Appaloosa, I'd love to go to Cambodia to experience Ankor Wat.
Japan looks to be a popular choice here for good reason. I'd keep away from Tokyo and larger cities and and stick to the smaller villages and countryside.
Finally, I'd love to spend some time in Mongolia. Wife has a friend who lives there and it seems like a very interesting place to visit.
