True Detective, Season 1 comes to mind. Also, the Season 2 titles as well. Just captures the entire essence of what True Detective is going for. The songs aren't original, but they allowed me to discover some awesome artists.
Fun fact, the guy behind these two main titles, also is behind the Daredevil one that /u/grandsalami pointed out. And, their studio, Elastic, also created the Game of Thrones main titles. Their entire body of work is very impressive!
