Probably a sweetened chai-spice flavoured vodka, marketed for making your own boozy coffees, hot chocolates, and teas. I'd market it towards women in their mid-twenties to mid-forties, branding it as a grown up vodka for women who are professional but want all the fun too. I'd make a pinterest board featuring all sorts of beautifully photographed drink recipes involving lots of mason jars, dairy free options, things with almond milk and fair trade chocolate and so on.
Peanut Butter. Of course we would give it some pompous name and a weirdly shaped bottle. Then ship it out to the Hipster bars and tell the bartenders to sell it as the "Original Vodka Recipe" from some ancient century Russian family. A few well placed blog write ups, limit production and WHAM! we have the best Vodka ever. Plus I get to go into a bar and sit next to the person drinking it and he can spend half the night telling me the history of the Vodka and how it really didn't become popular until he discovered it in some hole in the wall speakeasy in Europe and reviewed it on Reddit. All while I sit and drink my cheap rum and grin. Perfect marketing strategy!
