Mosquitoes. These little monsters could literally cease to exist, and no one would be negatively affected by it. In fact, it would be rather beneficial, what with all of the diseases they can carry.
I really believe that the birds/fish/etc. who feed on mosquitoes wouldn't have that great of a problem finding a new food source, and that Earth overall wouldn't be very devastated in the long run. But of course, the effects of mosquito extinction could vary quite a bit depending on things such as the environment of the affected areas and species of mosquito eradicated. And in a way, it's also a question of "Do we let this rare fish be lost forever for the sake of human health?"

I personally would rejoice if mosquitos went mysteriously absent from the world. But the rest of the world's ecosystems might not fare so well.
