Also a plane tale - my boyfriend and I were driving round the perimeter road at Heathrow Airport and reached the end of the runway bit just as Concord took off. As it flew overhead the afterburners came on. At that look into the fires of hell we both ducked, and the noise! That was a hell of a thing. :)
