Well, if that helps, I am bad at arithmetics and algebra (barely passed the high school math prerequisites I had to take before enrolling), but I'm still kicking ass through my CS program. Math isn't just what we saw in school, it's merely one subset of everything that is math. We do have a math course, but its discrete mathematics - logic, if you prefer.
