    Continue with not drinking alcohol. Quitting that crap made my life in many ways better. :-) I also continue smoking, having a really awkward bio-clock, eating fresh foods (after preparing them in the best ways possible) and enjoy my reefer. Yup. And as a special focus for mental health: keep loving my woman (which is easy, she's sweet), going outside more (graffiti is a good excuse for getting outdoor excersise) and making people smile and/or happy with cooking for them, listening to their stories and the crazy things I tend to ramble about. :-)
