    I'm going to attempt to sit less often during the day. And correct my posture.

    last 2 years I've reduced my high caffeine fizzy drink intake to almost nothing (I had 4 total this year). Also cut down the sugar in my tea by switching every second cuppa to a green tea (jasmine green tea and peach green tea really don't need the sugar so it's fairly easy).

    I expect to do more physical stuff this year as I'm expecting to get a job in the next few weeks (yay in a lab) so will get more walking and standing time naturally :)
