    Reduce my bacon intake (sad but true). 2015 was a bad year for bacon.

      A cheat way of doing it is to substitute a bacon day for something with bacon crispies you know those crunchie things for salads? they're actually generally vegan or at least vegetarian :D

      or say that every 4th time you want bacon you'll use a quorn substitute or something. you'll either like the substitute taste and get the protein and flavor that way OR you'll hate it and will end up trying to ration out your allowed bacon times so you don't reach the quorn stage so soon ;) win win!

      Increase my bacon intake. I've been on the keto bandwagon for years and plan to stay on it.

      I have two slices with breakfast, and that's it. Then again, I eat mostly veggies, meat, and some fruit (though I do have rice about once a week). Everything in moderation.
