Water on my face. I can't stand it. Be sweat running down my face, rain, tears, shower... doesn't matter. I just have to wipe it off so I stop feeling it. Have to use a rag to wash my face in the shower because of this.
I've tried more than once to force myself to get over it, but all I do is just tense up and stress out until I quit trying. All I can guess is it's some left over stuff from nearly drowning once as a kid. Took a deep breath before I was completely out of the water... never been a fan of water since lol

but how do you wash your hair without getting water on your face
Face away from the shower head and lean your head back. Seems really weird to a lot of people, but how I've done it for years
