Mostly I miss RES features. Like the inline image viewer, so you could open an image without leaving your front page. Here, you have to open the comments link, then the link to the image, and that's kind of inconvenient.
Oh, and I miss being able to hide posts. Reddit automatically hid every post I'd voted on, and I'd also hide the posts I didn't care about, like pictures of sunsets.
